Fnality began as a research project to explore how Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) could transform financial markets. Carbonplace is a blockchain-based carbon credit transaction network that enables simple, transparent, and secure transfers of certified carbon credits. It will revolutionize how carbon credits are bought and sold by enabling simultaneous settlement of carbon credits, with immediate transfer of ownership upon payment, ensuring robust reporting and traceability throughout the carbon credit transfer process. This will be accessible to clients of financial institutions that want to provide secure and transparent access to the carbon markets.
