Darren Lau was former Senior Analyst at The Spartan Group. Prior to Spartan, Darren was with CoinGecko, the world's largest independent cryptocurrency data aggregator for two years. He started there as an intern and helped to revamp their ICO section, contributing to their quarterly reports and keeping up to date with the latest market trends. Most recently, he co-authored their How to DeFi ebook, which is CoinGecko's first ebook. He has since supported several CoinGecko DeFi initiatives and was one of the masterminds behind their new DeFi section. For his work with CoinGecko and in yield farming, he was recognised by Flipside Cryto as an "Unsung Hero".Darren graduated from Sunway University with a BSc(Hons) in Financial Analysis in 2020.
