At Titus, Michael works with token issuers, exchanges, wallet providers and payment providers, and other companies working on distributed ledger technology, providing them with legal advice on money transmission and securities laws, AML regulations and other applicable regulations. Born and educated in the United States, Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh University and his Juris Doctor degree from the City University of Hong Kong.
